Each experience has been nothing short of exceptional.
I am an advanced diver currently residing in the Cayman Islands. I have had the privilege of participating in several dives led by Reko Ponton, and each experience has been nothing short of exceptional.
Reko is a calm and confident dive leader who meticulously follows safety protocols, which has always made me feel secure underwater. His ability to maintain composure and lead with assurance creates an environment where both new and experienced divers can fully enjoy their dives.
Over the course of our dives, we’ve shared incredible adventures, from witnessing the midnight coral spawning to discovering tiny, elusive seahorses.
Reko is also a talented underwater photographer and has an impressive knowledge of marine life, which he shares generously with others, enhancing every dive with fascinating insights.
Reko, in particular showed his leadership when my daughter encountered a leaking mask and became distressed, desperate to surface. Reko handled the situation with remarkable calmness. He guided her step by step, helping her clear her mask and complete her safety stop before leading her safely to the surface. His calm manner and professionalism in that moment left a lasting impression.
It is always a pleasure to dive with Reko, and I wholeheartedly recommend him as a dive Guide. His expertise, knowledge, and steady presence make him an outstanding guide for any dive experience.

My kids and I have enjoyed diving with Reko on a number of occasions
My kids and I have enjoyed diving with Reko on a number of occasions. We feel completely safe and comfortable in the water with him as our guide. He is always checking in on us, making sure we were okay and his patience and attentiveness really stands out, especially with the kids, who feel totally at ease with him.
What made the dives even more special was Reko's ability to spot incredible marine life that we would have missed on our own. He pointed out so many interesting things, from tiny creatures hidden in the coral to larger marine life swimming by.
His enthusiasm and knowledge made every dive exciting and fun.
He's not just a great guide but also a genuinely kind and professional person. If you're looking for an amazing dive guide, we highly recommend him!

I've enjoyed every single dive
I've been diving many times with Reko and I can honestly say I've enjoyed every single dive.
Reko is very safety conscious while still making sure everyone is having a good time.
He's also careful of the environment and encourages others to be careful too. On top of that he's also an excellent photographer and has taken many pictures that I consider contest-worthy.
You won't go wrong diving with Reko.
